Dirty Coast’s New Outpost

I can honestly say, I’m not quite sure why it took us so long to feature Dirty Coast. The folks at the helm have been steadfast in raising our hopes and re-fueling all of us with pride in our city. It’s been years in the making, and now they are movin’ on up.

I can honestly say, I’m not quite sure why it took us so long to feature Dirty Coast (5631 Magazine Street New Orleans, LA 70115 / 504.324.3745). The folks at the helm have been steadfast in raising our hopes and re-fueling all of us with pride in our city. It’s been years in the making, and now they are movin’ on up.

Just recently, right before the holidays, Patrick & Blake moved their original bungalow style shop right across the street and into their brand new spacious digs, all the while staying on Magazine Street. The new building is not only 10x times the size of the original but now includes some upgrades like a great new deck and wheelchair assistance lift. Nifty for sure.

I’ve always been a fan of DC’s designs and their attention to detail, but not until my last visit did it occur to me that they have truly represented our culture and way of life to a “T” in print.

With every offering, their products not only appeal to us as locals, but also to visitors who have got to take a piece of our culture with them to share with everyone back home. With hundreds of fantastically clever designs, Dirty Coast is where it’s at like two turntables and a microphone.
