One thing is for sure there is no shortage of boutiques on Magazine Street vieing for your short lived consumer dollar. Over the last year or so, I’ve been doing my best to spend my fashion $$ wisely. By doing so I’ve come to really appreciate the quality and craftsmanship that comes from shopping at such a place.

Shoefty is certainly one of those places. After moving a few blocks from it’s original location on Magazine, Shoefty has downsized to a tad smaller locale while focusing on their streamline approach to stocking the best of the best.

By offering brands like Martin Grant, Doucette Duvall, and Doie for women, I really believe that Shoefty shines with their selection of mens gear. Not because I’m a dude, but when a boutique offers brands such as HUF, Casio G-Shock, ALIFE, and Stussy, I tend to pay attention.

Shoefty’s selections range in all sizes and shapes and when visiting with them a few weeks ago, it seems as though they are on the right track the seasons and offer a lot of variety.
It’s taken me years to change my masochistic ways and to stop shopping at the mall. I want the best I can get for my money that reflects the best quality. That’s something you are not going to get any hey brah shop at the mall.
